CLASSES
Aqua Aerobics
Join Lisa or Dianne in the pool for some no impact exercise. These workouts are a blend of cardio and resistance training, and may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles. We have a variety of classes that will suit all your needs. Our Aqua Combo class is held in our lap pool and makes use of water dumbbells as well as noodles. This class is beginner friendly but certainly will give you a good workout if your push yourself. Next is our EZ-Active class with Dianne. She will take you through a choreographed water workout in our lap pool as well. Finally, we have the Therapeutic Splash. This class is the calmer of the three and held in our warmer therapy pool. Let the warmer temperatures aid you in loosening up your joints and getting that blood flow going to help ease any aches and pains. The exercises in this class are Arthritis Foundation based.
CBS (Cardio, Balance, and Strength)
Join Matt and Nancy for 45 minutes of circuit training with a focus on Cardio, Balance, and Strength. Exercises include body movements, weights, cardio equipment, kettle bells, and much more. This is a beginner friendly class, so all ages and levels are welcome. Any exercise can be modified to better suit your ability. Each workout concludes with 15 minutes of stretch. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 am.
CrossFit
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Workouts are based on functional movements in a group environment and are programmed to suit all ages and abilities.
