Alec is a highly sought out massage therapist with over 15 years in the field. He has been a member of the Omni Mount Washington Spa team since 2011, where he progressed from full-time therapist to lead therapist and trainer. Throughout his career, Alec has continually refined his skills across a wide range of therapeutic modalities.

In 2015, Alec completed his degree in Manual Osteopathy (DOMP). He is certified in Trigger Point Therapy and has pursued extensive training in medical and therapeutic massage techniques. A dedicated lifelong learner, Alec remains committed to expanding his knowledge and providing effective, results-focused bodywork.
